As our guest, Living Well Retreats values your comfort and convenience and aims to provide a relaxed and joyous, spiritually enriching experience for all our guests. Please read before making your booking, to make sure that you are in agreement with our policies.

We hope you come to Living Well Retreats with an open heart and mind, as you will make many beautiful connections and experience life in a whole new way. We are here to provide a blueprint of what life can look like when you live mindfully and healthily. To retreat means to step away from life as we know it and immerse ourselves into a different environment and lifestyle with the intention to learn and grow.

 

Code of Conduct

Living Well Retreats retains the right to refuse any guests who do not comply with the values we uphold and the healthy and wholesome atmosphere at our retreat or who are disrespectful to members of staff or other guests. In the rare case where we need to ask you to leave because you don’t comply with the rules, you forfeit your full retreat payment.

Assistance Animal & Service Dog Policy

We strive to welcome all guests and are committed to supporting an inclusive and respectful environment for all. Even though we are normally a pet friendly accommodation, we unfortunately cannot accommodate service dogs and other support animals, out of respect to other guest on the retreat.

Use of written and photographic material.

Any written material provided to Living Well Retreats in the form of feedback forms may be used by Living Well Retreats for marketing purposes. Any photographs taken by Living Well Retreats of attendees on our courses, yoga classes or workshops may be used by Living Well Retreats for marketing purposes.
If you would prefer we do not use any of the above material we will respect your choice. Please provide Living Well Retreats of this in a written document prior to your stay.

 

Personal Health Issues

Living Well Retreats and staff are not equipped nor trained to handle mental health issues like depression, anxiety, bipolar, borderline, PTSD and others. We therefore ask you to consult your doctor and/or support worker before deciding whether you are ready to attend our retreat. If you are suffering from any mental health issues, you should only consider our retreat if your condition is well-managed and appropriately medicated. Thank you for understanding.

 

If you are suffering from physical ailments such as cancer, severe arthritis, pain issues, severe allergies or any potentially risky (and/or infectious) conditions, please discuss your travel plans with your medical practitioner first to ensure that you and our other guests are safe.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds based on pre-existing medical conditions.

 

  1. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your retreat more than 14 days before the start date, we will not charge you a cancellation fee and provide a full refund, minus a 2.5% payment processing fee. Full payment of retreat is required no later than 14 days prior to the start date. You will be emailed payment options to enable you to do so.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate payment plans or late payments. If your payment is not received by the due date, Living Well Retreats reserves the right to open your booking to another guest. Thank you for your understanding.
